Garage doors

We took my dad's advice and decided to install Clopay garage doors.  We got a great deal for the four doors.  Follow this link and you will see a white house with wood-looking garage doors.  Ours will be the same color, but will have grilled, arched windows in them.  We wanted garage doors that looked like wood without the upkeep of real wood.  This was the closest to what we wanted while keeping a high R value with little to no upkeep.  They should be arriving in 3 weeks.

Siding

They have just started to put the siding on the house.  We chose Certainteed Mongram 46 in Sable Brown.  We thought this color would really highlight all the wide, white trim around the windows and doors.  In the pictures below, you will see the siding only goes about 1/2-3/4 of the way down.  The rest will be covered in bluestone.  We got our stone from our friend, Brad Hepler who owns Hepco Quarries.  We chose the viaduct veneer.  We will be installing the Susquehanna Ledgestone for the main chimney as well as all the fireplaces in the house.  Check out his website and see all the great products he has for purchase.  Many people have asked why do we need a fourth bay.  You'll see a picture below of Kirk's buggy.  That will be going in the fourth bay.
